By using Liquidz, you agree to the following terms.

1. Description of Service

Liquidz is an invoicing and financial management platform for freelancers and digital service agencies. It allows you to manage clients, projects, and invoices, and to track payment status.

2. Accounts

You must sign in via Google to use Liquidz. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

3. Plans and Billing

  • The Free plan is available at no cost, subject to the usage limits described on our pricing page.
  • The Pro plan, including any Founder Deal pricing, is currently billed annually via manual bank transfer. Access to Pro features is activated after payment is confirmed.
  • Founder Deal pricing is locked for as long as your subscription remains active and renews continuously. A lapsed subscription forfeits Founder Deal pricing on rejoining.

4. Invoice Records

Once an invoice is marked as sent or issued, its contents become locked and cannot be edited. This behavior is intentional and reflects how issued invoices function as financial records in practice. Liquidz is not responsible for errors in an invoice after it has been sent.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Liquidz to issue fraudulent invoices, misrepresent your business identity, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all business, client, and invoice data you enter into Liquidz. We do not claim ownership of your content.

7. Limitation of Liability

Liquidz is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including disputes between you and your clients.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Liquidz after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
